O’Donnell v Garasic
In this matter Mr. Tyson’s support and opinions concerning violations of minimum stairway system requirements for handrails, guardrails, etc., per minimum Michigan Residential Building Code, Property Maintenance Code, and the Fire Code, failure to warn and MCL 554.139 turned this case into a winning judgment for his client.
Nowak v Bay County
In this matter Mr. Tyson’s support and opinions concerning open and obvious building and premises deficiencies, per minimum Michigan Building Code, Property Maintenance Code and Fire Code requirements and the lack of required minimum maintenance of the building and its means of egress; resulted in serious injuries to Mr. Nowak. In this matter his assistance resulted in a verdict in favor of the exception to Governmental Immunity.
